Ever since I made Rotvalli mittens I’ve been dreaming to make a matching pair of socks. I just love the simple combination of cable and garter stitch. And the calming gray color brings out the best of these features. So, let me introduce you the Rotvalli socks.

Yarn: NOVITA Nalle (75% wool, 25% polyamide, 100g = 284 yards/260m). 1 skien.

Needles: US 2½ / 3mm.
Tapestry needle

Size: S – L, cuff circumference 8¼[9]”/21[23]cm, leg circumference 8¼[9]”/ 21[22.5]cm.

Gauge: 24 sts x 32 rows = 4”/10cm of stockinette stitch.
