Royal Quilted Sweater
The sweater was designed to highlight two contrasting colored yarns. Equal amounts of each color are used to create the design. The pattern gives directions on how to size the sweater to any body explaining how to measure to get a exact fit. Because of the options for infinite sizing, smaller yarns can be used to create the design by just adjusting the number of stitches used to begin the cuff based on the gauge acquired with the chosen yarn. Approx
225 yards each of two colors are needed to complete the garment. This is an excellent garment design for someone who does not comfortably fit into standard sizes.
The sweater is constructed by first knitting both sleeves from the cuff to the center of the body and then joining the sleeves in the front and back with the quilted panels. The bottom band and neck band are attached last.
