Ruby Red Shawl
The Ruby Red Shawl is a bottom up, lacy shawl made using single crochet (double UK terms), double crochet (treble UK terms), chain spaces, v-stitches and shells.
The original red version of the shawl was made using a DK weight 100% silk yarn available from Colourmart. The yarn is more of a fingering / 4 ply weight yarn. The full shawl can be made with approximately 500m of fingering / 4 ply weight yarn.
This pattern can be adapted any weight yarn and can be made to any size - just make sure to do an even number of pattern repeats for the border section to work!
Happy Crocheting!
