King Cole Big Value Aran yarn (100% acrylic, 3 oz/100 g/257 yd/235 m) – 3 skeins in 3485 Merlot, or approximately 640 yd (585 m) in any medium weight yarn.
US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook, or size needed to get gauge.
Locking stitch markers.
Yarn needle.
Gauge
13 dc = 4” (10 cm) across. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
