Ruby Stole
The Ruby Stole is a great way to master simple short rows, twisted stitches and basic lace, all in a single skein pattern. The three techniques combine elegantly to form a pear-shaped motif inspired by one of the many shapes rubies take. Throughout this pattern, this motif adds texture and dimensionality to a straightforward garment silhouette. For added visual interest, the cast on edge features subtle scallops, and an additional short row section completes the bind off edge with a trio of points.
