From the pattern description:
Worked in broad stocking-stitch stripes in eight shades, this multi-coloured bolero will liven up all of your outfits.
Simple striped stocking stitch fabric but shaping sides and curved front edges simultaneously takes concentration. Working the frills takes time because of the large number of stitched involved.
