A sweet little bag that features diagonal ruffles along the edge of the front flap. The pattern includes instructions for two sizes - a dinky 23cm x 15cm and a larger 27cm x 24cm. The large size uses 150gr DK yarn plus 50gr contrast for the ruffles, and the smaller uses 100gr, plus 50gr contrast.

The ruffles are grafted onto the bag as the flap is knitted. Full instructions for grafting are included in the pattern, as well as ‘how to’ photos.

The designer recommends that a fabric lining is added to prevent the finished bag stretching and losing its shape.
