Ruffle Scarflette
The Ruffle Scarflette is worked in garter stitch with a stocking stitch ruffle edging. The scarflette is a long thin triangle, wide in the middle with thin ends that twist during wear. Using a colour change yarn makes ready made stripes; it could also be made in hamdpainted yarn. 
It is worked on a 3mm circular needle to accomodate the large number of stitches.
Yarn Amounts: 50g (approx 200m) of Noro Kureyon Sock Yarn or any similar sock yarn with a stocking stitch tension of 30 stitches and 42 rows to 10cm (4in) using 2.5mm to 3mm needles.
Finished Size: 124cm (49in) long and 12cm (4 3/4in) at widest point.
Stitches Used: cast on, knit, purl, sl 1-k1-psso (diagram included), sl 2-k1-psso, yo (increase).
