Knit with pretty ruffled borders and a soft DK weight yarn, these fingerless mittens are warm and feminine without being too frilly.

I began them on a circular needle because so many stitches are needed to start the ruffle, but then put them on 3 double points as soon as the stitches get to a manageable count. Less worry about twisting when you join this way.

Needles needed: size 3 (4) circular 24”, sizes 3 & 5 double points for size medium, sizes 4 & 6 double points for large.
