Ruffled Scarf
This ruffled scarf is as fun to wear as it is to make! This pattern is fantastic for the advanced beginner who wants to dive into making short rows and add ruffles! Both are easy techniques to master - and anyone can do it! Two models are shown in the photos here - one in Grand Opera by Nashua (the off white one with gold flecks) and the other one was done in a Mohair blend (the red one).
You will need: US#6 32” circular knitting needles. Any soft yarn to achieve gauge: 4.5 sts = 1 inch over garter stitch. 384 yds are used to create a 4.75” wide & 41.5” long scarf. Of course more yardage is needed if you want it wider or longer.
