Give a soft and feminine touch to this easy to-make cardigan.

There will be many social occasions throughout winter when you will want a really pretty and becoming woollen. Here is an unusual cardigan knitted in sports wool that will dress you up smartly and daintily, and at the same time keep you satisfyingly snug during winter.

With its new. decorative stitch and dainty ruffles frothing at neck and wrist, it is one of the daintiest woollens that ever topped a winter skirt.

The design is really lovely-and most unusual. It buttons down the front, and with its close, easy fit charmingly dispenses with a basque. Ruffles that saucer the neck and wrists in a becoming fashion are crocheted on when the rest of the jumper has been completed. Stitch used throughout is quite new. and gives a quaint wave-like effect that is at once slimming and ornamenting.
