Sage-Grouse is an easy to knit asymmetrical garter stitch shawlette. The unusual design features fan motifs that dance along the top edge of the piece. They are knit one at a time between sections of garter stitch, which breaks up the work and keeps the knitting interesting. The shawlette gets bigger as it goes allowing the knitter to easily customize the size as desired.
