The Sage vest is an advanced beginner to intermediate level pattern. It consists of two panels (a front and a back) worked flat from bottom to top. Once they’re joined together, stitches are picked up for the neck and armhole ribbings. Among the techniques used, there’s the tubular cast on, a variety of cables, tubular cast off and central double decrease (CDD) to work the V neck.
