Any DK weight yarn could be used.

Errata:
On page 122, center column, at the bottom, on the instructions for the Upper Left Front, after sts are cast on, it should read:

Knit 32 (36, 40, 44) more rows.

This change (adds 12 more rows to those originally printed for Child sizes) makes sure that the armhole depth is the same for the front as at the back.
