This keyring pattern of the Scottish Saltire flag is worked in one piece then sewn in half to create a double sided flag.
The colour work is done by wrapping the travelling colour at the back of the work, as in fair isle knitting. An optional crocheted chain is added at the end to create the keyring loop.
