Samudra (Indonesian for Ocean) is a modern trapezoidal wrap with a unique construction. The shawl is made up of two sections: a large trapezoid and a rectangular extension. The knitting allows unique and precious yarns to show off while an eyelet sequence forms a lacey border along the side. Knit all in Stockinette Stitch with an easy to memorize pattern, Samudra results in a glamorous finished piece.

200-250 yds of DK/Sport Weight Yarn

Needles:
US 10 (6 mm) circular needle, at least 24”/ 60 cm long, or size needed to obtain gauge
