Knitting this bag from the bottom up, short rows are used to create the curved edges at the bottom of the bag. Plaited cables are used at the top to draw the bag edges in and they continue on to form the I-cord handles.
Finished Measurements
Width at base: 13 1/2” (34cm).
Bag height (omitting handles and bottom curve): 9 3/4” (24.5cm).
Bag depth: 2 3/4 (7cm).

2 skeins Malabrigo Rios, 100% superwash merino, 3.5oz (100g), 210 yds (192m), color, Sunset (96)
Gauge
20 stitches and 28 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette stitch
