This is the ‘Say it with Flowers’ blanket designed by myself, Eleonora Tully, for King Cole. This will be a free 6 week crochet-along (CAL) starting on 19th June 2026.

I had so much fun designing this blanket and there’s not a single appliqué in sight, I promise!

Every flower is incorporated into the crochet as we go which has been a both a design challenge and joy… I always love experimenting with crochet stitches and seeing how they can be incorporated as we crochet to create different shapes and textures.

And the result is a wonderfully textured blanket featuring an exciting variety of realistic flowers, all crocheted in a range of beautiful bright colours…I absolutely LOVE it!
