Scallops and Shells
Note: As of July 28, 2014 this pattern may either be purchased from the Knit Picks Website or download direct from my Ravelry shop.
The Scallops and Shells Shawl is worked from the top down, starting at the top with a long chain. Subsequent rows become progressively shorter (with widening shells) to end the body of the shawl with a single shell at the center bottom. The edging is worked with a row of single crochet stitches on the top and bottom edges, two rows of 4-chain spaces on the top edge, and a pattern of shells scalloping the bottom edge.
Finished Measurements: Crescent Triangle: 54” across top edging, 18” deep at center point
