I created this scarf pattern, using the antique 1917 pineapple stitch. This scarf is worked in long rows, so that there is no weaving in of ends. A length of yarn is left at the beginning and end of each row for fringe.

Gauge: 4 1/4 pineapple stitches = 2 inches
