Scoot Jacket
Inspired by a fitted and feminine leather jacket, the Scoot Jacket has a clever peplum and cabled waist details that create an unexpected and flattering shape. The body of this jacket is worked in one piece to eliminate bulky seams.

Yarn Jo Sharp Silkroad Ultra (85% wool, 10% silk, 5% cashmere; 60 yd/1.75 oz): #714 Neptune, 15 (16, 19, 21, 24) balls. Yarn distributed by Kingfisher Yarn & Fibre.
Needles Size 10.5 (6.5 mm): 32” circular and set of double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers; cable needle; stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 13 sts and 20 rows = 4” in St st; 12 sts and 22 rows = 4” in Seed st.
Notes The body of this jacket is worked back and forth in one piece from the lower edge to the underarm, then the upper fronts and back are worked separately. The sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up.
