Scotch Pine
This sweater is worked from the top down, seamlessly in the round using traditional stranded colorwork.. Sleeve sts are placed on hold while the body is worked in the round. Sleeves are then worked seamlessly in the round.
Intended to be worn with 2-6” / 5-12.5 cm positive ease. Size B shown on a 32”/81.5cm bust with 6”/30.5 cm of positive ease. Referred to as sizes A (B, C, D, E)(F, G, H, I, J) within the pattern.
Please note testers used a range of yarn weights to achieve gauge, from a heavy fingering to a very light dk. Anything that behaves well at this gauge and has good bloom is an excellent choice. For example, even though Barrett Wool Co is listed as fingering, it has a lot of bloom and heft to it and behaves similarly to a sport.
