ABOUT PATTERN
The Scout scarf is worked with leftover yarns. This pattern is
suitable for beginners who wish to learn new knitting techniques.
You will start your work with a rib cable cast-on method - English
Style, then you will have to work in stockinette stitch back and
forth using the Intarsia method to change colors during the row.
Finally, work a 1/1 rib border and bind off the stitches with a
tapestry needle.

YARN AND MATERIALS
Approx. 130 g of leftover yarns. The references and colors are
listed page 2.
Straight or circular needles 3,75 mm
Tapestry needle.

GAUGE
20 stitches x 29 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette, n. 3,75 mm.
The sample is given as an indication. The purpose of this pattern
is to use scrap yarns. The yarns used are not all exactly the same
thickness. You can use yarns that are usually knit with 3 to 4.5
mm needles.

A PROPOS DU PATRON
L’écharpe Scout est un modèle qui se tricote avec des fins de
pelotes. Il est adapté aux débutants qui souhaitent acquérir de
nouvelles techniques de tricot.
Tu débutera ton ouvrage par un montage à l’anglaise pour
côtes 1/1, puis il faudra travailler en jersey aller/retour en
utilisant la méthode Intarsia pour changer de couleur en cours de
rang. Enfin, travailler une bordure en côtes 1/1 et rabattre les
mailles avec une aiguille à laine.

sont indiquées sur la page 2 du patron.

ECHANTILLON

L’echantillon est donné à titre indicatif. Le but de ce patron est
d’utiliser des fins de pelotes. Les fils utilisés n’ont pas tous
exactement la même épaisseur. Tu peux utiliser des fils qui se
tricotent habituellement avec des aig. 3 à 4,5 mm.
