Scrappy Earflap Hat
Super fun and super easy! This can be adapted to fit infants to adults!
Skill Level: Easy
Stitches Used: ch (chain), sl st (slip stitch), sc (single crochet), dec sc (decrease sc).
Supplies: Size I Crochet Hook, 2 ounces Red Heart Super Saver (Black), approximately 2 ounces scrap yarn cut into 776- 4” lengths-mixed colors, optional-latch hook.
Note: wrap scrap yarn around a 2” cardboard, cut in half, or precut rug yarn will also
work.
For a smaller size, you can use a lighter weight yarn and smaller hook. This pattern is very easy to adjust for size.
Gauge: 6 sc = 2”, 6 sc rows = 2”
