Sea Breeze Cowl-Poncho
The Sea Breeze Cowl-Poncho demonstrates positive and negative ease in the cleverest and most stylish of ways. Wear it around the neck, and it’s loose. Pull it down around the shoulders, and it’s a snug embrace.
It’s a breeze to make. The twisted stitches are a diversion, a quick bit of magic.
Notes
When swatching for Criss-Cross Pattern, experiment with how loosely or tightly you work the triple wraps. If you work them too tightly, it will be difficult to slide the sts along the needle; if you work them too loosely, you may end up with uneven loops. You might find it helpful to place a removable stitch marker 10 sts ahead to keep track of the number of sts to wrap while working each repeat.
