Seafield Headband

Go check your stash for any left over yarn from your projects and try this great beginners project for knitting in the round.

It comes in 5 sizes, so measure your head and choose a size approx. 1.5 - 2” smaller (from the finished circumference measurements) for a comfortable fit. Go smaller for a tighter fit!

Knit one for your kids or let this be their first project in the round!

All of the yarns listed above were used by my wonderfully kind Seafield Concho testers. They used their concho left overs ;)

There are many combinations you can use up from your stash to make this, for example, double fingering, holding DK and Mohair together.

Needles & Notions:
4mm/ US 6 40cm/ 16” circular needles, DPNs or longer circular if working magic loop. Adjust needle size as necessary to match gauge.

19.5 sts x 32 rnds = 10 x 10cm/ 4 x 4” in textured pattern stitch in the round, with relaxed, blocked fabric.
