Seafoam Socks
The Seafoam Socks, inspired by sea landscape and chilly walks along the coast, watching wave ridges covered in seafoam, are comfy and relaxed socks with a fold over cuff that will keep your ankles extra warm on chilly evenings! They’re worked cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset construction.
Featuring ribbing on the cuff, back of leg and heel and a textured ridge pattern on the front of leg and instep, they have a cozy and classic feel. Combining a well-known construction and easy ribbing stitch together with a more focus-requiring ridge stitch make it an interesting pattern to work through.
While ridge stitch requires extra attention at the beginning, the included video tutorial for the stitch makes it easy to get a hang of it and get into the rhythm.
