Seaman's Jersey
OF COURSE, MEN Like Smart KNITTEDS That is why we chose this aristocrat among them. They’ll be proud to wear a jersey like this, and we know you’ll love to knit it … ANY old kind of sweater, pullover, or jersey will not do the man of to-day. He likes comfort, oh, yes! -- but he prefers that this quality or quantity is supplemented by “good looks” in the clothes he wears. … THE pattern is distinctive and very neat, and the body is made with a snappy little diagonal rib having two lines of cable stitch on either side. The sleeves are worked in stocking-stitch, the polo collar and cuffs in a k.2, p.2 rib.
Materials: 22oz. Viyella knitting wool, shade V. 38; pair each of No. 9 and 10 and one spare needle with points both ends; set of four No. 12 needles.
