Sedge Stitch Dishcloth
Dishcloths are a great way to try out a new stitch while making something super practical too! Sedge stitch combines single, half-double, and double crochets to create a subtle all-over texture that is easy to memorize and quick to make.
Yarn
Approx 100 yards worsted-weight cotton. We used Mirasol Pima Kuri
(208 yds 190m/3.5oz 100gm): color #12 Raspberry Blush.
Hooks and Notions
US size G (4mm)
Tapestry needle
Gauge
18 sts and 13 rows=4” in Sedge Stitch
Gauge is not terribly critical for this project, but variations will result in different amounts of yarn used.
