Segna-hat is worked in the round from the brim up.

You can adjust the length by adding more pattern repeats for longer, more sloughy hat.

To fit head size 50-52, 54-56, 58-60 cm (20, 22, 24 inches).

Brim finished circumference non stretched 37.5, 41.25, 45 cm/ 14 ¾, 16 ¼, 17 ¾ inches.
Body finished circumference 47, 50, 53 cm/ 18.5, 19 ¾, 21 inches.
Height approximately 20.5 (20.5) 23.5 cm/ 8 (8) 9.25 inches.

Yarn

50 -70 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 211 m (231 yds) per 50 g. The sample hat (size 54-46 cm/ 22 inches) was knitted with KnitPicks Palette, (100% Wool), 211 m/231 yds per 50 g and used 45 g.

2.75 mm/ US 2 and 3.25 mm/ US 3 (80 cm/ 32 inches or longer for magic loop) circular needle, or set of four DPNs.

Gauge

30 sts x 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm/ 4 x 4 inches with bigger needles in pattern after moderate blocking (stretched width wise).
