A simple knit-and-purl pattern produces a handsome fabric on this sweater for men, which is sized to fit chests of 36in to 58in. Pat Menchini’s design includes a folded neckband which is stitched in place on the wrong side for a neat finish. Pat’s sweater has a wonderful softness and well defined stitches, thanks to her use of Baa Ram Ewe’s Winterburn DK yarn. A blend of British Bluefaced Leicester and Masham wool, it comes in 20 warm colours.
