Serene
You know those cooling summer evenings, when you just wish you had something to throw over your shoulders as the sun goes down? Serene is made for those moments.
Serene is a two-colour shawl inspired by summer forests. The body of the shawl is worked in garter and slipped stitch pattern, with a special technique to make the slip-stitches pop in lightweight yarn. Photo tutorials for working that technique are provided.
The shawl has an eye-catching lace border, lateral i-cord details and some texture. The shawl is knit top-down in a winged triangle shape. The lace border is chart based, but written instructions are also provided for the English version, Finnish is only charted.
