This yarn is a new one for me and I absolutely love it. To me it is a true worsted weight yarn and knits up beautifully.

I typically use Berroco Comfort solids (worsted weight), but have found in recent years that it is losing ‘heft’. It almost seems like dk weight at times. So with the change in yarns, the amount of yarn needed has decreased from 800+ yards to less than 700 yards. For this sample I used 3.5 skeins.

The blanket has a simple diamond design with a stockinette background. I named it Serenity because it was a very calming project to knit.
