The reversible Seriatim Cowl is a quick and easy knit based on the traditional basket weave pattern, emphasizing the thick and thin properties of the yarn. Three sizes are given; small, funnel and large.

MATERIALS
• Small size: 100 meters/110 yards thick and thin bulky weight yarn (2 skeins of Dale of Norway/Dalegarn Ara 50 grams/1,76 oz – 50 meters/55 yards)
• Funnel size: 200 meters/220 yards thick and thin bulky weight yarn (4 skeins of Dale of Norway/Dalegarn Ara 50 grams/1,76 oz – 50 meters/55 yards)
• Large size: 200 meter/220 yards thick and thin bulky weight yarn (4 skeins of Dale of Norway/Dalegarn Ara 50 grams/1,76 oz – 50 meters/55 yards)
• 7 mm/US10 circular needle 40 cm/16 inches or appropriate to get gauge
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch marker

GAUGE AND MEASUREMENTS
Gauge: 10 sts/24 rows over 10 cm/4 inches (blocked).
Small size: Approximately 55 cm/21.7 inches around and 19 cm/7.5 inches high.
Funnel size: Approximately 55 cm/21.7 inches around and 37.5 cm/14.75 inches high.
Large size: Approximately 110 cm/43.3 inches around and 19 cm/7.5 inches high.

PATTERN NOTES
Please make sure you have enough yarn as skeins sometimes vary in length, just as gauge is personal and vary from knitter to knitter. (The yardage given is not “padded”.)
