This is an unusual hat that uses the different weights of yarn to give texture to the body of the hat. It is steampunk style and finished with toggles on the sides. My testers have come up with all sorts of unusual fasteners so take a look :)

A great pattern for using up scraps of different weight yarns and one skein of a beautiful bulky that you didn’t know what to do with.

The construction makes this an intermediate pattern.
