Crochet your own dancing plant! Fab for Halloween, a little bit spooky, mostly just entertaining with his wild moves! Designed to fit dancing toy mechanisms (available on eg Amazon). Worked in Amigurumi style.
You will need:
Sirdar Happy Cotton
2 balls in Sorbet
1 ball in Liquorice
2 balls in Treetop
1 ball in Wicket
2 balls in Currant Bun
1 ball in Shower
Other materials:
1 x dancing toy mechanism (try Amazon/Aliexpress/Ebay)
1 pair 10mm glitter safety eyes
20g stuffing
3 x AA batteries
2 x green pipecleaners
The completed project is approx 40cm tall from bottom of the base to top of the head. The toy mechanisms seem to all be a standard size, but the base and stem could easily be adapted to fit slightly different size mechanisms. The one I bought came pre-loaded with lots of different songs for him to dance to, as well as being sound activated.
