Shark
For all of the worsted weight toys in this book, I used a gauge of 20 sts and 24 rows = 4″ in stockinet stitch, which I achieved with US size 6 needles. For Cotton Fleece and Serendipity Tweed, I went down two sizes in needles, resulting in a different gauge, but producing a dense fabric suitable for knitted toys. It is extremely important, whatever yarn you are using, to produce a firm, dense fabric.
Colors used in the model:
- CW375 (Rue)
- CW625 (Terracotta Canyon)
- CW100 (Cotton Ball)
- CW005 (Cavern)
- CW385 (Deep Sea Fog)
