This women’s warm boxy sweater vest is made sideways, from the bottom up and you can customize it by making your own unique design: cropped or longer, fit or oversized, with lacing-up or sewing sides… A Horseshoe lace pattern alternately combined with ribbed parts (like copy/paste function), uses increasing and decreasing stitches, gives a striking wavy design. You have a written pattern (in English), row by row, stitch by stitch, charts and photo & video tutorials for important stitches.

You need:

1. Skills: Intermediate knitting knowledge;
2. Needles:
* a set of (circular) needles in size US 11 / 8mm with 32”/80cm cable length (don’t knit too loosely);
* a set of smaller circular needles for neckband (in size US 10 / 6mm), cable length 32”/80cm or 24”/60cm;
* tapestry needle / hook for weaving in ends;
3. Yarn: shown vest in size M/L/XL for chest circumference 92-111cm/36,8”- 44,4” (model is 94cm/37,6”) is made with
4 balls of bulky weight yarn (without leftover !), budget friendly Alize Superlana Maxi (100gr/109yds~100m) in aqua blue 463; in total 436yds/ 400m. I recommend getting 5 balls and make a hat from leftover yarn. For XXL you need at least 5 balls of similar yarn, and for XXXL get 6 balls.
*** You can also use any weight yarn and matching needle to adapt the pattern to your needs or design.
4. Stitch markers
