As the days get shorter, bring in the harvest with this blanket of fall colors. The colors for Sheaves were chosen to suggest ripe wheat or barley. You’ll enjoy this blanket in the Fall and year-round for its earthy natural colors.

The blanket has two methods of construction. Both use Intarsia. But the first method uses a lot of intarsia with up to 4 strands in play at once, and the second much less intarsia with no more than 2 strands at a time.

The blanket is worked in strips that are sewn together.

The pattern includes full written instructions, and step-by-step construction illustrations. Links are provided to a coloring page and optional charts, and video tutorials for techniques.
