Sheep in the Countryside Bag
A knitting pattern for an unusual and useful bag featuring sheep in the countryside. Perfect for holding your wip materials.
Materials
2 – balls Hayfield Bonus Chunky – Lime Green (0785)
2 – balls Sylecraft Special Chunky – Meadow (1065)
2 – balls Sylecraft Special Chunky – Cornish Blue (1841)
1 – ball Sylecraft Special Chunky – White (1001)
1 – ball Sylecraft Special Chunky – Black (1002)
Knitting Needles – 1 pair of 6 mm (UK4–US10),1 pair of 5 mm (UK6 – US8), 1 pair of 5 mm (UK6 – US8) double ended needles to knit the i-cord
Yarn bobbins are useful to hold the different coloured yarns across the row.
Tension
Although tension is not crucial for this pattern, the suggested tension is:
14 stitches and 20 rows to 10 cm (4 inches) over stocking stitch using 6 mm needles
Bag size 40 cm wide x 46 cm tall (16 inches wide x 18 inches tall) excluding strap
