I would say these fit an average female hand but make sure the initial ch-30 will stretch over your hand once joined. If you need to make the warmers wider I recommend trying larger hooks or thicker yarn and try them on as you work them up.

You can make these as long as you like by repeating rounds 13 & 14 until you have the desired length.
