Shelter is a richly, textured, triangle shawl that features a classic, crochet cable running up the spine. The main body of this crochet shawl is a 4 row repeat, making it amazingly easy to memorize.

This crochet pattern calls for 6 balls of Rowan Felted Tweed DK. The colour shown is Duck Egg (173). You will also need a 5.00 mm (H) crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge), a stitch marker and a yarn needle.

Unblocked the shawl measures approximately 162.6 cm (64”) at it’s widest point, and 68.6 cm (27”) at it’s longest point. Blocked the shawl measures approximately 175.3 cm (69”) at it’s widest point, and 69.9 cm (27.5”) at it’s longest point, but because the scarf is worked from the top center outward the pattern is flexible enough for you to make any size. Please note that measurements are approximate and will be affected by the gauge and the brand of yarn. For a professional look blocking is recommended.
