Shobu Mitts
I designed these mitts in 2010, for my friend Susan, who had just learned to knit and wanted to try something a little challenging. She made several pairs! I just made one (mitt, not pair!) I am trying to clear out my studio, and came across this project. I love the yarn and the one mitt was really fetching. So I now have a pair and a pattern to share. Expect more knits from my attic soon.
Photos show them on me (with smallish woman’s hands) and also on my partner (with average man’s hands) so you can see that they fit a nice array of hands.
Charted, so you need to work from charts to use this pattern. Worked in the round on double-point needles. Lace, cables, twisted stitches. Enjoy!
