SHOJI sweater is a simple top down sweater with a textured panel of knitted and purl stitches. SHOJI is the Japanese sliding doors consisting of latticed wooden frames which is described for the front panel.
This is a simple top down sweater. This pattern is worked from the top down and worked in the round.
 Increased every other row for upper body and worked further without increasing after dividing body and sleeves.
There are the block stitches placed in the middle of the front body and the Andalusian stitches are used for the sleeves.

MATERIALS
Sample 1
Plymouth Yarn Quaker Hill (50% highland wool, 50% alpaca; 298 yd 272 m/ 100 g):
#5 Oatmeal, 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8) skeins.
Pullover shown measures 48; modeled with 13” of positive ease.

Sample 2
Garnstudio Drops Cotton Merino (50% Cotton, 50%
Merino; 120 yd 110m/ 50g):
#28 Powder, 9 (9, 10, 10, 11, 11, 12) balls.
Pullover shown measures 39 1⁄2; modeled with 4” of positive ease.

Needle size:
Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” and 32” circular needle
Size 3 (3.25 mm): 32” circular needle.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Gauge: 19 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in St st on larger needle;
19 sts and 28 rnds = 4” in Andalusian st on larger needle.
