6 yrs: 25.5” [ 65 cm ]

MATERIALS

Bernat Boa
2 (3, 3) balls

Size 6 mm (U.S. 10) knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge.

Worked flat in garter stitch. Sew center back seam. Shorten length of first fringe (cast on edge) to match length of remaining fringe to finish.
