Sif
Sif is a simple though beautiful sweater with ties that goes back to the 1950’s. Sif looks equally stylish worn with pants, a dress or a skirt.
In Norse mythology Sif is the wife of the god of thunder, Thor, and is the most beautiful among women. Sif had beautiful golden hair, that the god Loke cut off. As a substitute for the hair Thor gave her hair of pure gold that she wore in cables – a feature of the sweater! The Sif sweater is a tribute to all the beautiful women in the world and to the wealth of nature.
The Sif sweater can be knitted in G-uld New Zealand lambswool or merino. Sif is a perfect light wool garment suited for summer as well as winter
Sif is a beautifully seamlessly knit top-down blouse
