My original Silky Twist Cowl/Hoodie was so popular, that I decided to design a version with a drawstring hoodie for extra warmth.
This is a very very easy knit.

The start of the pattern is worked in the round then halfway through you work back and forth in rows, incorporating eyelets at the edges through which you will be inserting the drawstring. At the top of the hood you use a 3-needle bind off to “seam” the 2 sides.

The drawstring is created with a crochet hook as an easy chain using 3 strands Silky Twist.

Just 1 skein of Silky Twist 200 is used to knit this, and the color I’m wearing is 7527.
