I wanted to see how this worsted weight yarn would look using a lace motif, and must admit it blocks out beautifully. The 20% silk content really makes a difference. And color 917 rust and black really glows, i hope i can capture the shine in the photos.

This shawl is worked bottom up starting with a 3-stitch i-cord. Follow Chart or Written Instructions to grow the shawl in a triangle shape. Bind off with a 3-stitch i-cord.

Materials 1 sk Silky Twist (100g) (shown in color 917) but can be enlarged with additional yarn.

Needles Size 8 US (5 mm) or size to obtain gauge
Size 39” wide x 15” deep adjustable with a second skein
Gauge 3 sts and 5 rows = 1” in Stockinette after blocking
