11(11-12-12-13-13-14-14) balls #7641 Cocktail Brown

Straight knitting needles, sizes 6 and 7 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
24” length circular knitting needle, size 6.
2 St Markers.
For Elastic Waist only: 1-1/4” wide elastic to fit around waist plus 1”.
For Draw String Waist Only: 1 pair double point needles, size 4.
