Very easy hat pattern. Suitable for a beginner.

It’s very easy. No knitting on a round. It’s knitted flat and joined together.

You only need to know basic stitches (knit, purl), to create this cool hat.

This is a lovely, quick and easy pattern.

Great snowboard style hat in super chunky knit. I used a soft and cosy, super chunky / super bulky yarn. I used one ball of Schachenmayr Bravo Big in Fuschia (207291) One ball and voila a fab new hat. I made the pom-pom with some white faux-fur.

Great to keep you cosy and warm or as a lovely hand-made gift.

• Circumference: 45 cm / 17¾ in

Suitable for head size:

You need 74 yds of super bulky yarn without a wool pom-pom. I made the pom-pom for this hat with faux-fur. If you want to do the pom-pom in wool you’ll need a further 17 yds of the same yarn.
